Once your system is AccessSecure ready, your monitoring fee is low as $14.95 a month.

*If current security components aren't compatible, new equipment can be purchased for as low as $299. Every exterior door must have a sensor on it to receive our Insurance Certificate.

Do You Know The Approximate Age Of Your Current System?
If your system is older than 4 years old or in active, new equipment will most likely need to be installed.
Do You Have An Active Land-line Phone?
In order to have a monitored security system, an active land line phone is required.

Is Your Home Newly Built With A Security System Included In The Sale?
We can not take over RMD (First Alert) security systems that have never been activated. If the RMD system has been activated before, we can attempt a takeover the system but there are no guarantees. We can not add zones or any new equipment to these systems.
Do You Rent Or Own Your Home?
If you rent, a permission letter will be required from your landlord. If you own your home, drilling may be required depending on the system you have.
Are You Interested In Adding Any New Equipment To Your Existing System?
If you require new sensors or motion detectors, a zone expander or panel needs to be installed. Please advise if you know if your system is wired, wireless, or a hybrid (combination of both) so we can find the right add ons for your system.
Is Your Basement Finished?
If it is not finished and you would like new equipment added to your existing system it is a simple install. It can be more difficult if the ceiling is finished with solid tile or with popup tile. We would suggest going with wireless add ons.
