How To Connect Your PVR Expander To Your PVR
1. Turn your PVR off.
2. Connect the included eSATA cable to the ESATA connector on the PVR Expander drive and to your PVR.
3. Connect the included power adapter to the PVR Expander and to an electrical outlet. The Power LED on the PVR Expander illuminates. Wait about 15 seconds for the PVR Expander to power on completely.
4. Turn on your PVR and allow a minute or two for the PVR to recognize the PVR Expander.
How To Format Your PVR Expander
Make sure your TV is on.
If your PVR does not begin formatting the PVR Expander automatically, follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the process.
