We're putting you in control. In this section you can manage different aspects of your account. Take a look at your bill, view the Access services you currently subscribe to and change your personal information. Once you're logged in, you have access to everything Access.

  • Access E-Bill

    With the Access e-Bill you're in control. You can view an up-to-date record of your transactions and a short history of your bills. You can also easily see if any subscription changes have taken place and take a look at the payments you've made.

  • How to Read My Bill

    Your First Bill

    When you get your first bill us, it will probably be a bit higher than you expected. Don't worry, this won't happen every month!

    Your first bill is prorated to get your billing set up on one of out billing cycles. We bill either the 1st or the 15th of the month*, and we bill one month in advance.

    As an example, if your service was connected on July 20 your first bill would be sent August 1st. It would include charges for July 20th - 31st (prorated amount for the period), August 1st - 31st (current month), and September 1st - 30th (advance month). This information will be in the "Details" section on your bill.

    Your payment to the installation technician would cover the current month, so what would be left owing is the prorated period and the month-in-advance amount.

    Barring any changes to your packaging, future bill would only be for the month-in-advance.

    *1st of the month bills from the 1st of the month to the 30th or 31st of the month. For example, May 1st - 31st.
    15th of the month bills from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the next month. For example, May 15th - June 14th.

  • Pre-Authorized Payment

    Save postage, envelope and cheque costs. Eliminate the worry of missing due dates, even when you're out of town. With our pre-authorized payment plan, your monthly charges will be automatically debited to your bank account or credit card number.

    How It Works

    • Just fill in the authorization form and return it to:

    • Attach a void cheque if you are applying to have your payment debited from your bank account.
    • Pay your first month as you normally would. The first withdrawal will begin on the next monthly due date.
    • This plan is optional and free of charge. Each month the charges for all services will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account or credit card on either the 1st or 15th, as you requested.
    • You can apply to begin pre-approved payments at any time.
    • In the event you change banks, just send us a new voided cheque and we will make the necessary changes.
    • Please advise us of your new credit card expiry date. Download a new form.
    • Please give us one months notice if you wish to change or cancel your information.
