Rev your engines for the 12th annual Labour Day Show N Shine in support of the Regina Food Bank

Regina, SK – Monday, September 3 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Access Communications’ Community Park, will be the gathering place for hundreds of classic and vintage vehicles as local community businesses unite in support of the Regina Food Bank. The event features Regina’s favourite food trucks, a 50/50 draw, the Access 40th Anniversary Car Raffle draw and award presentation including People’s Choice.
“We’re excited to host our twelfth annual Show N Shine full of entertainment for people of all ages and to support those in need in our community through the good work of the Regina Food Bank,” says Jim Deane, President and CEO, Access Communications Co-operative. “This event has raised over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars since 2006.”
The event is organized in partnership between Access Communications Co-operative and the Collectors Car Club of Saskatchewan, together with over 80 volunteers. The event is presented by CAA Saskatchewan. “On behalf of our valued members and staff, CAA is pleased to be part of this tremendous community event that supports families in need, while showcasing some of the best in vintage automobiles and motorcycles,” remarked Fred Titanich, President and CEO, CAA Saskatchewan. Stop by the CAA Family Fun Centre for fun activities including balloon twisting, face painting, prize draws every half hour, plus fresh, cold, water courtesy of Nimbus Water, served in complimentary CAA water bottles.
The Labour Day Show N Shine is the largest car show in Southern Saskatchewan and has become a family tradition all in support of a really good cause.
Admission to the 2018 Show N Shine is $5 per person and $10 per family. Children under 12 are free. Donations of non-perishable food items are also encouraged and appreciated.
