Gina McGinn brings more than 25 years of leadership experience guiding organizations through growth, change, and complexity across multiple sectors. Her expertise includes governance, strategic planning, regulatory frameworks, risk management, and financial stewardship, with a strong focus on aligning people, systems, and resources to deliver practical, effective solutions. Now in her fifth year on the Access Communications Board of Directors, Gina serves as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee and has contributed across all board committees. Her governance experience also includes serving as Chair and Past Chair of the SK. Community Foundation, as well as roles with the City of Regina Development Appeals Board and other community organizations. For Gina, serving on the Access Communications Board is about helping guide a forward-looking organization that is focused on people, accountability, and long-term community impact.
