March 13 - Our statement regarding the COVID-19 Virus

With growing global concerns around COVID-19, Access Communications wants to provide you with an update on our response to this pandemic. We recognize that, especially now, staying connected to the latest information is critical and we are taking all necessary steps to provide our services without disruption.

The health and safety of our customers, volunteers, families, communities and staff remain our top priority at this time. Access Communications is adhering to the recommendations of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Our customers

To protect yourself and others, particularly the vulnerable sector of our community, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell take additional preventative measures.

  • If you are unwell, refraining from visiting our retail locations. If you have an account payment due, you can pay online, setup pre-authorized payments or pay through your financial institution. If you need to exchange equipment, you can make alternate arrangements by contacting our office at 1-866-363-2225.
  • If you are unwell, notify us when scheduling or if you have previously scheduled a service call or installation. To reschedule a service call or installation please contact our Customer Care department by calling 1-866-363-2225.

Our retail stores and authorized dealers

Our retail locations will continue to operate as usual: staffed and ready to serve you.

Our authorized dealers are determining their own protocols. Please call or visit their websites for more information.

For customers who prefer not to visit our locations, we encourage you to use our other service platforms available. Our staff are available 24/7 to serve customers via Facebook, Twitter or phone at 1-866-363-2225.

    Access Communications has taken proactive measures to keep our staff safe and reduce the spread of contagions in the workplace and in the community. We are following all recommendations from the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Public Health Agency of Canada to ensure that our staff do not pose a risk to the public.
