We hope you and your loved ones are safe during this unprecedented time. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been monitoring this situation and have prioritized the health and safety of our customers, our employees and our communities.

Our co-operative’s mission is to provide exceptional communications and entertainment services to the people of Saskatchewan and that mission has never been more important than today. All Access internet plans have always had unlimited data and we are fully prepared to deliver on the increased demand for internet services to keep you connected – to your friends and family, to your workplace and to the latest news and entertainment.

To ensure our communities have access to the latest information and to keep families entertained, we will be offering free previews of over 40 channels, including CTV News Channel, CBC News Network and much more. For more information, visit myaccess.ca/tv/free-previews.

We will adapt to keep you safe

If you choose to visit our retail locations, rest assured that we have implemented strict sanitization protocols. For customers who need support but prefer not to visit, you can contact our agents on any of our platforms including by phone, website, Facebook, Twitter.

If our field representatives visit your home, know that they will also be following recommended Saskatchewan Health Authority protocols.

We will continue to serve you

We have taken proactive measures to protect our staff and workplace from the spread of contagions. These measures include self-isolation guidelines, work from home provisions, and increased sanitization procedures. We will continue to follow the recommendations set out by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Public Health Agency of Canada.
