March 19 – Update on our stores and our staff

With the latest developments surrounding COVID-19, Access Communications is adapting to the new guidelines set out by our governing health authorities. We want to ensure the health and safety of our customers, our staff and our communities. Our commitment continues to be delivering unrivalled communications and entertainment services to the people of Saskatchewan.

With that in mind, we have made the decision to close all of our retail stores effective March 20, 2020. Access has also begun implementing alternative work arrangements for our staff.

Our Retail Stores

Access retail stores are closing effective March 20, 2020 until further notice. This includes our locations in Estevan, Humboldt, Melfort, North Battleford, Regina, Saskatoon, Weyburn, and Yorkton. While the Regina store will be closed to walk-in customers, the drive-thru will remain open to service our customers. Our La Ronge location will remain open.

Our Staff

Access Communications is implementing alternative work arrangements for our staff. We recognize the importance of social distancing and we have invested in sophisticated technical solutions to enable our staff to work from home, including our 24/7 support teams.

Our goal is to continue providing our essential services to you while keeping the best interests of our employees in mind.
