Access Communications Community Rink
Our Community Rink (located at 2250 Park Street) is a learn-to-skate and leisure rink for all ages.
Skating season is here. The Access Communications Community Rink is back for its eighth season!
The rink is located at Community Park, just north of our head office at 2250 Park Street, Regina.
Whether you’re learning to skate or looking for winter fun, everyone is welcome.
On January 4, everyone came together for a fun and memorable free skate from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., joined by the players of the Regina Pats and their mascot, K-9. The rink was full of smiles, laughter, and great community spirit as families enjoyed time on the ice together.
Helmets were available, the warming shack was open, and the atmosphere was warm despite the winter chill. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the event and creating lasting memories.
A big thank-you to everyone who came out to skate with us, and to the Regina Pats for spending time with our community at the Access Community Rink!
Supervised Skating Hours
During supervised hours, visitors can enjoy free skate and helmet rentals, along with skating supports to help build confidence on the ice.
Supervised hours:
Thursdays: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 12:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
This initiative helps make skating more accessible by removing the barrier of costly equipment.
Open Skating (Unsupervised Hours)
The rink is open for public use outside of supervised hours.
Please note that equipment rentals are not available during these times, and guests must bring their own skates.
Private Bookings for Community Groups
Community and children’s groups can book private skating sessions on Friday evenings.
To book a session or request more information,
please contact Adriana Garcia, email: adriana.garcia@myaccess.coop to coordinate a date and time.
No Hockey Equipment
For everyone’s safety, hockey sticks and pucks are not permitted on the learn-to-skate rink.
The Access Communications Community Rink wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous sponsors.
