- You must be a part-time or full-time post-secondary student. 
- You must have a billing address located within Saskatchewan.
- You must provide your student ID number (additional proof of enrollment may be required).
- You must be the primary account holder.

To qualify for and maintain the Student Offer, you must continue to meet all eligibility requirements. Access Communications may periodically request confirmation of your student status, including proof of enrollment. If you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, fail to provide requested verification, or are unable to confirm your student status, the Student Offer will end and the applicable regular rate for your selected Internet plan will apply. Customers who continue to meet the eligibility requirements may remain enrolled in the Student Offer. Rates and eligibility requirements are subject to change.

**Smart Wi-Fi+ service, which includes the Plume Home app and one pod, is offered at a promotional rate of $5/mo. for 12 months. After the promotional period for Smart Wi-Fi+ ends, the regular monthly rate of $9.95/mo. will apply to this service.
