Internet
General
All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be added to your monthly bill. Prices listed are effective as of May 1, 2025.
Your regular monthly rate may change outside of any promotional or agreement period. If you are on an agreement, your price is guaranteed for the term length.
If you add or remove services (e.g. NexTV Stream, Phone, Security) mid-billing cycle, your bill will include partial/pro-rated charges for the change.
All services are subject to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Service Speeds
All advertised speeds are "Up To" maximums under optimal conditions. Actual speeds vary significantly based on your device capabilities, Wi-Fi usage/congestion, wiring, equipment quality, overall internet traffic, and other factors.
Equipment and Wi-Fi Details
Access HyperSpeed packages include a standard Wi-Fi modem. Access HyperSpeed+ packages include Smart Wi-Fi+ service (Plume Home® app and up to 2 pods). The number of pods needed is dependent on the size, layout, and number of floors in the home. If needed, additional pods are available for $5/mo. each.
Smart Wi-Fi+ service advanced cyber security features help protect connected devices; however, you are ultimately responsible for the security of the devices you connect to, the content accessed from, and the data transmitted on the internet. The home network management, content filtering, parental controls, internet and/or Wi-Fi access controls, network security, and other related network management tools included with HyperSpeed+ or Smart Wi-Fi+ powered by Plume Home® are not guaranteed and may experience disruption, inaccurate or inconsistent results, and other limitations impacting performance.

Promotional Offers
All promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
HyperSpeed or HyperSpeed+ 50% Off for 4 Months: Available to new residential Internet customers only. New customers must not have subscribed to the service in the past 6 months. Offer cannot be combined with other offers for the service. Regular prices apply after promotional or agreement period and may be subject to change. Offer price is calculated from the regular price less a monthly bill credit for the duration of the offer or agreement period. Access NexTV Stream, Phone, and Security services may be added or removed at any time. Pro-rated charges may appear on your bill if you change services before the billing cycle is complete. Rates may differ from those presented as a result of existing discounts or combo savings.
Smart Wi-Fi+ 50% Off for 4 Months: $50% off the regular monthly rate for the first 4 months for qualifying customers. After the promotional period for any Smart Wi-Fi+ offer ends, the regular monthly rate of $9.95/mo. plus $5/mo. for each additional pod will apply to this service.
Free Speed Upgrade for 4 Months: Existing residential month-to-month customers will receive a free upgrade to the next available speed tier for a period of 4 months. After this promotional period ends, your service speed will automatically revert to your original subscribed speed.
24-Month Agreements
New customers signing a 24-month agreement qualify for a time-limited promotional monthly rate. This promotional rate is guaranteed for the entire 24-month term but is only available during the promotional period. After the 24-month term, the service will automatically revert to the then-current regular monthly rate. New customers with a valid CAA membership may be eligible for an additional monthly discount on HyperSpeed 350 and HyperSpeed 1 Gig plans. This discount requires maintaining a valid CAA membership for the 24-month term.
Existing customers renewing their 24-month agreement will receive a $10/mo. discount off the regular monthly rate for the duration of the 24-month term.
If you have signed a 24-month agreement, you are required to maintain the minimum level of service of HyperSpeed 175. Certain agreements may have different minimum service levels based on your starting services. If you cancel, suspend, or downgrade your service below the minimum level of service before the end of the 24-month term, an Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) of $124.95 will apply.
Student Offer
The Student Offer is a time limited discount that is only available on the following Internet plans: HyperSpeed 175, HyperSpeed 350, or HyperSpeed 1 Gig. The Student Offer and the associated HyperSpeed plans may not be available in all communities. Service availability will be confirmed at the time of subscription.
To qualify for and maintain the Student Offer, you must meet all the following conditions:
- You must be a part-time or full-time post-secondary student for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- You must have a billing address located within Saskatchewan.
- You must provide proof of enrollment (such as a tuition receipt, enrollment letter, class schedule, or transcript) to us to successfully activate and qualify for the offer. The documents must show the student’s name, the institution, and the enrollment status.
- You must be the primary account holder.
Enrollment in short term courses, continuing education courses, or programs lasting less than one full academic term (typically 4 months) does not qualify for the Offer.
The promotion will automatically end after 12 months. After this date, your service will automatically revert to the applicable regular monthly rate for the service speed you have. Customers are eligible to resubscribe to the Student Offer in the subsequent academic year, provided they meet the new eligibility requirements at that time. Upon resubscription, the rate will be the then-current promotional rate for that year, which may differ from the rate of the previous year.
Smart Wi-Fi+ service, which includes the Plume Home app and one pod, is offered at a promotional rate of $5/mo. for 12 months. After the promotional period for Smart Wi-Fi+ ends, the regular monthly rate of $9.95/mo. will apply to this service.
Rural Internet
General
Not all locations qualify for all speeds. If your location is eligible, a technician will visit your home to perform a free site survey and confirm availability of speeds. Minimum system requirements apply. Connection speeds described are based on optimal conditions and may vary based on the model of modem, customer equipment, building wiring, internet traffic, and other factors. Services are subject to the Access Communications General Terms of Service and AccessInternet & AccessRural Internet Additional Terms of Service.
Coverage varies. Taxes extra. Offers apply to new or returning customers who have not had Rural Internet for the past 6 months. Offers may change without notice and cannot be combined with other offers for the same service. Regular prices apply at the end of each offer and may change with appropriate notice. Advertised prices are calculated from the regular price less a monthly credit. Installation includes a standard setup using a j-hook or tripod. Extra fees apply for special setups (mast exceeding 5 ft of length or custom wireless bridges).
Additional 24-month agreement terms: 24-month commitment required. Contract renewal is available for current rates at the time; otherwise, regular prices automatically apply at the end of the agreement. Early cancellation fee of $124.95. Customers can add or change NexTV Stream or Rural Security services at any time.

$14.95 monthly fee includes the Alarm.com service plan and mobile app. Customers must have a compatible video recorder device and camera(s) and connection speeds of 25 Mbps or higher.

Installation Costs:

Internet Requirements:
- Stream requires AccessRural Internet at minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps in Rural internet markets.
- The following features are not available without an AccessInternet subscription:

- Ability to use your own devices in place of a set-top-box

Set-Top-Box:
- First NexTV Stream set top box is included with AcessNexTV Stream package subscription. Additional media players available at $4.95/mo. each.
Cloud PVR:
- All AccessNexTV Stream packages include 10 Cloud PVR hours. More hours can be purchased for $4.95/mo. for increments of 50 hrs of storage up to 300 hours.
- Seasonal Disconnects: Continue to pay for your Cloud PVR storage while on a seasonal disconnect and your recordings will be saved. You will have access to the NexTV Stream app during this time and will be able to watch your recordings only, no VOD or live TV will be available during a seasonal disconnect period.
Restart TV:
- Restart TV availability is based on content rights from the channel provider. Click here for details.
AccessNexTV Stream App:
- The AccessNexTV Stream App can be accessed anywhere within Canada. Supports up to 15 streaming devices, 5 in home streams, 3 out of home streams, maximum of 5 active streaming devices per account and maximum of 2 concurrent streams per channel, AccessNexTV Stream set-top-boxes are not included in this count.
- Some channels are not available for out-of-home streaming and some content is not available for streaming due to copy protection assigned by the program provider. Click here for details.
4K Content:
- 4K content requires AccessInternet. Not available with Access Rural Internet service.
Voice Remote:
- Voice Control available through AccessNexTV Stream set top box only.
Casting:
- Casting of Netflix not supported at this time. Casting available through AccessNexTV Stream set-top-box only.
Streaming Apps:
- A separate subscription to third party apps is required to view content. Access to network apps available on TV connected to AccessNexTV Stream set top box only.
- Access to Netflix and some other apps are not currently supported through the NexTV Stream set-top-box but are available through customer-owned devices like FireTV and AppleTV.
Fire Stick Purchase:
- Must subscribe to AccessNexTV Stream in order to purchase a Fire Stick. Maximum of 5 Fire Sticks per account.
Security

Intrusion Protection
Taxes and local permit fees may apply. Free monitoring for 3 months with equipment purchase. Month-to-month agreement available when equipment is purchased upfront. Equipment purchase may be financed separately subject to 48-month agreement and credit approval. This package includes the monitoring fee, 1 wired panel in cabinet, 1 keypad, 1 standalone motion sensor, and 2 standalone window/door sensors. Monitoring fee includes a $5 discount for existing AccessInternet or AccessTV customers.

This package includes a starter kit (touchscreen panel, 3 window/door sensors, 1 motion sensor, 1 smoke detector), 1 garage door controller and 1 video doorbell. Monitoring fee includes a $10 discount for existing AccessInternet or AccessTV customers. This monitoring plan supports up to four cameras, subject to adequate internet speeds. Video and automation equipment functionality might be limited if you change your monitoring plan.

Home Phone

Long Distance
*Regular price of unlimited long distance plan is $19.95 per month, $14.95 per month when combined with another regular priced Access service. One low flat rate for calls made anywhere in Canada or the United States and for landline calls in 30 countries all over the world. Call any time you like and talk for as long as you like. Access Communications reserves the right to terminate enrollment of the unlimited long distance plan. Chat lines, data, fax, commercial use and/or long-distance calls made using call forwarding and 3-way calling are prohibited.
Canada and US long distance includes Hawaii and Alaska. Mexico not included. Long distance plans can only be changed on your billing date once a month and minutes do not carry over to the next month.
Rates are for wireline calls only. Calls to cellular/mobile phones in some international destinations or special country code terminations may be billed at higher rates. Any calls made to the UK that begin with 44+870, 44+845, 44+844, 44+871 and 44+70 are rated as mobile calls and are not included in our unlimited long distance plan.
All pricing subject to change. When you switch to AccessPhone your current phone provider and long distance will be automatically canceled. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Combo Discounts
Internet & TV Combo Discounts
A combo discount (also known as a bundle discount) is a monthly recurring discount applied to your account when you subscribe to both a qualified residential Internet service and a qualified residential TV or NexTV Stream service from us concurrently. These savings are an incentive for purchasing multiple services together.
- Advertised discount amounts:
- Internet with Value TV or NexTV Stream package:
- Internet service: $25/mo. off
- Rural Internet service: $20/mo. off
- Internet with Micro TV or NexTV Stream package:
- Internet or Rural Internet service: $10/mo. off
- Internet with Value TV or NexTV Stream package:
- Eligibility:
- To qualify for an advertised combo discount, the accompanying TV or NexTV service (Value TV or Micro TV) must be purchased at its regular, non-promotional price.
- The discount is applied monthly to your total bill for as long as both qualifying services are active on your account and meet all eligibility requirements.
- Actual discount amounts may vary based on the specific combination of Internet and TV services subscribed to. The advertised amounts represent the maximum common savings.
- Some older or legacy Internet or TV plans may be eligible for different combo discount amounts than those currently advertised.
- Exclusions:
- Customers residing in buildings where Internet or TV services are included as part of a landlord bulk service agreement may not be eligible for the advertised combo discounts.
- Services provided under the Connecting Families initiative are not eligible for any combo discounts or other promotional offers, as these programs are priced separately.
- If you cancel one of the bundled services, or if the remaining service no longer qualifies for the discount (for example, if the TV service moves to a promotional price), the combo discount will be immediately removed from your account, and the remaining service will revert to its regular, non-discounted monthly price.
Home Security Combo Discounts
A monthly recurring discount is applied to your acounts when Home Security is purchased and maintained alongside a qualified residential Internet and/or residential TV or NexTV service. These discounts are designed to provide extra value for combining multiple services.
- Advertised discount amounts:
- Secure Home: $5/mo. off the regular monthly price of the Secure Home service.
- Smart Home: $10/mo. off the regular monthly price of the Smart Home service.
- Rural Security: No discount is applied to the Rural Security service when bundled with other services.
- Eligibility:
- The advertised discount applies to the monthly service fee of the qualifying Home Security plan.
- To qualify, the Home Security plan must be bundled with at least one other qualifying service (Internet and/or TV or NexTV) from us.
- The discount is applied monthly for as long as all bundled services remain active on your account and meet all eligibility requirements.
- The specific amount of the discount is determined by the tier of service to which you subscribe.
- Exclusions:
- The advertised monthly discount applies only to the monthly service fee and does not apply to any one-time charges, such as equipment purchase costs, installation fees, or activation fees.
- If you cancel the bundled Internet or TV service, or if the Home Security service is changed to an ineligible plan (e.g., Rural Security), the combo discount will be immediately removed from your account. The remaining service will then be billed at its regular, non-discounted monthly rate.
