Accessibility Feedback Process

Access Communications has established the following feedback process in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act.  

Our feedback process allows the public to comment on the development of the Access Communications accessibility plan and on any barriers to accessibility that may have been encountered.

Feedback may be provided using any one of the following methods:

  1. by telephone at 1-306-559-3313;
  2. by sending an email to accessibility@myaccess.coop; or
  3. by mail to 2250 Park St, Regina, SK, S4N 7K7

Feedback should be addressed to the CFO. 

You may submit your feedback anonymously.

Any feedback received will be acknowledged by Access Communications, except for feedback that is provided anonymously.

This description of the feedback process can be made available in print, large print, braille, audio format, electronic format, or any other format that we may agree to provide. To obtain the feedback description in an alternative format, please send your request to the CFO using one of the methods outlined in a) to c) above.
