Customer Care


Our provincial Customer Care team is dedicated to going above and beyond to assist our customers. They take pride in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction, whether it's over the phone, on our digital platforms, or in our retail shops. Access is committed to creating job opportunities across the province, with customer support staff stationed in all six of our offices. They address inquiries from customers in over 235 communities and the vast 200,000 square kilometers of rural areas we serve in Saskatchewan. Providing exceptional service is a fundamental value at Access, and third-party research conducted by Praxis Analytics consistently recognizes us as the leader in customer service. The roles within Customer Care encompass Customer Support Representatives, Technical Support Representatives, Receptionists, and Tier 2 Leaders. 


Technical Operations (Field)


Providing the people of Saskatchewan with top-notch technology necessitates investments in superior infrastructure and skilled technicians. Our team, known for their expertise and friendliness, is dedicated to installing and servicing TV, Internet, Phone, and Security Services in residential and commercial properties across Saskatchewan. Over the past year, our technicians have upgraded equipment in over 100,000 homes and businesses, delivering cutting-edge technology while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness. Prioritizing the safety of our employees, we adhere to the Mission Zero philosophy, striving for zero injuries, zero fatalities, and zero suffering. Within our Technical Operations (Field) department, roles include Broadband Technician and Wireless Broadband Technician. 



This essential and energetic team oversees the development and upkeep of technology and infrastructure. Their responsibilities range from ensuring the efficiency of our network to resolving internal and external network issues, as well as staying updated on industry trends and advancements in internet technology. There are roles suitable for both aspiring and experienced professionals in the engineering field within our diverse departments, such as Headend and Plant Maintenance, Network Operations Technician, Dispatcher, Network Services, and Internal Support. 

Marketing and Sales


Our Marketing and Sales teams collaborate to share the compelling narrative of 'Why Access?' through advertising and educational materials. Whether you specialize in generating leads or converting them, thrive on crafting strategies or fostering customer relationships, there's a place for you in our dynamic marketing and sales department! We offer diverse roles such as commercial and residential sales representatives, account representatives, marketing consultants, coordinators, and graphic designers. 


Community Engagement


Comprising Community Engagement, Community Relations, and Community Programming, these departments collaborate to foster positive relationships, enhance communication, and establish meaningful connections within our province. Access has earned an unparalleled reputation for community involvement, thanks to the collective efforts of our staff, members, customers, and volunteers. Through AccessNow TV community channels, families, friends, and neighbors come together to celebrate life in our province, with hundreds of volunteers dedicating their time and skills to create thousands of hours of original programming annually. This endeavor is truly a labor of love, and Access is privileged to provide a platform for communities to unite. Various roles, such as Producer, Production Assistant, Community Calendar Coordinator, Master Control Operator, and Administrative Assistant, contribute to our initiatives. Our commitment to community engagement is evident through events like Pumpkin Patrol, Labour Day Show N Shine, participation in the Queen City Pride Parade, our registered charity, The Access Communications Children's Fund, and TV Bingo. Our passion drives us to make a difference within our community. 

Finance and Administration


The Finance team at Access oversees the company's financial operations and strategy on both a long-term and day-to-day basis. They are responsible for planning, organizing, auditing, accounting, and controlling the company's finances. Additionally, the team manages the financial statements and records for Access's charitable initiatives, including the Access Communications Children’s Fund and TV Bingo. The roles within the Finance team encompass various functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerks, Senior Accountant, Internal Auditor, Business Analyst, and Collections Representatives. 

Drafting and Design


Our Drafting & Design team specializes in creating plans for residential, commercial, and headend projects within our hybrid Fibre/Coax network. They also develop detailed construction prints tailored to each project. Unlike individuals who prefer to assemble things without instructions, our team follows a structured approach. The roles within the team encompass Construction Operations Specialist, Draftsperson, Design Technician, Senior Design Technician, and Building, Industry, and Construction Specialist.


Facilities and Warehouse


Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by maintaining the security of our buildings, grounds, and vehicle fleets is a top priority. Although their contributions might go unnoticed, the hard work of our Warehouse & Purchasing team is truly invaluable! This dedicated team handles Access's procurement, shipping, and receiving operations throughout the province. They oversee the movement of inventory from our central warehouse in Regina to all our offices and stores across Saskatchewan. Managing such a complex operation is no small task! The team consists of roles such as Inventory Clerk and Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving Clerk. 


Human Resources and Safety


The committed experts within our Human Resources team are pivotal in discovering outstanding talents that drive Access Communications' growth and progress. We handle a wide array of tasks, including labor relations, training, recruitment, engagement, diversity and inclusion, and ensuring our employees receive competitive compensation and benefits. At the heart of our mission is a deep passion for Mission Zero, underscoring our dedication to prioritizing the safety of our workforce above all else. As the masterminds behind these roles, we take pride in being the most vibrant department in the organization!
