Access makes surfing, streaming and gaming easier with the launch of Internet speeds up to 300

Regina, SK – Access Communications Co-operative today announced the launch of HyperSpeed 300; with speeds of 300 Megabits per second (Mbps) download and 20 Mbps upload. This bold new plan that doubles Access’s fastest residential speeds and offers unlimited data — provides residents of Saskatchewan with the bandwidth they need as they continue to connect more devices in their homes.

Last year, the Co-operative invested to expand and improve broadband Internet, high definition and digital TV, phone and home security services to Saskatchewan communities as part of its five-year $112 million investment plan.

“Canadian homes are equipped with more devices today than ever before. We have multiple smartphones, laptops and tablets of all sizes and smart TVs throughout our houses. As our homes continue to become more connected, our customers will need ultra-fast Internet to support this change,” said Jim Deane, Chief Executive Officer at Access Communications Co-operative. “HyperSpeed 300 leverages Access’s robust hybrid-fibre coax network to provide communities in Saskatchewan with the speeds they need to connect more devices simultaneously; while watching TV at the same time.”

As always, HyperSpeed 300 includes unlimited data which allows customers to stream, game, make video calls and surf the web on more devices at the same time, without worrying about buffering time and without incurring additional data charges. This means customers can download music and 4K movies up to twice as fast, experience exceptional video quality when connecting over Skype or FaceTime and run high-bandwidth gaming applications simultaneously – all for one low monthly price!

Access encourages customers who are interested in the HyperSpeed 300 plan (or any other plan between HyperSpeed 25 to 300) to visit MyAccess.ca or sign up today by calling toll free 1.866.363.2225.
