We are currently seeking casual Direct Sales Representative for Saskatchewan that will be based in Regina.

 

As a Direct Sales Representative:

  • You will be responsible for the promotion and sale of Access Communications products and services including TV, Internet, Home Phone and Security.
  • You are passionate about sales and building relationships with customers.
  • You are an outgoing people person with a friendly can-do attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Knocking doors and generating sales. Being quick to evaluate customers' existing and potential product needs and makes recommendations.
  • Representing Access at Trade shows and events across Saskatchewan.
  • This is a casual Sales position where you will work around 20 hours per week.


Competencies you have for success: 

  • Self-motivated and able to seek out sales opportunities.
  • Able to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently with a primary focus on sales and service.
  • Being available to work evenings and weekends.
  • The ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
  • MUST have a class 5 driver's license.

Production Assistant

Access Communications Co-operative is seeking a creative, independent, community-focused individual to join our Production Team.  Access is a fast-paced, dynamic organization, with a positive team-oriented work environment. We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant in Saskatoon, SK.

In this casual position you will be responsible for assisting in the production of AccessNow TV programming.

 

Main Duties include:

  • Assisting Producers and Associate Producers with the set up and direction of multicamera EFP, mobile and studio productions.  Assisting with or performing production duties including set-up, lighting, switching, directing, and camera operation.
  • Audio set up for studio and mobile productions including multiple microphone set-up and operation, commentator audio hook-up, VTR playback, etc.
  • Shooting ENG segments, editing programs, producing and editing VTR segments and promos, working within established guidelines.
  • Hours will include day, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as travel across Saskatchewan. This is a casual position working up to 20 hours per week.

Competencies for Success:

  • Technical education in television production, radio or communications media or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere editing software.
  • Community-oriented and innovative.
  • You can work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • Clear criminal record check.
