Actual speeds depend on the capability of customer’s devices, usage within the home network, internet equipment, building wiring, internet traffic, environmental conditions, and other factors. All services are subject to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
HyperSpeed+ packages include Smart Wi-Fi+ mobile app subscription and up to 2 pods. The number of pods needed is dependent on the size, layout, and number of floors in the home. If needed, additional pods are available for $5/mth each.
